If a payment is made by credit card, orders will only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card.

Orders will be securely packed, and shipped within continental US by DHL, FedEx, or USPS with tracking numbers. Our checkout system will calculate FedEx shipping cost but the actual shipping method might be FedEx, DHL, or USPS.
For international orders or express shipments, we use DHL Express or Air Freight.
We usually use Air Freight shipping option for large order to save on shipping cost.
There is a freight surcharge for Air Freight shipment that will be determined after an order is placed.

In-stock products:
- In-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day. Please see the items' description for shipping times for the special order items.
- Transist time is within 3-7 business days for ground transportation.
Custom products:
- We will confirm the delivery date with you before the order is processed.

After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few hours.
You may review the status of your order by viewing Order Status.
The Order ID number and the email address that was used for the order will be required.

Our products are FDA approved!
All of our products will have coconut oil-coating (unless requested by the customers) to prolong the their shelf-life,
which may last up to 2 years from the manufactured date if stored in ideal conditions.

Chocolates products are best stored in Cool and Dark place (66 - 69F degree) and humidity below 50%.
Sugarcrafts products are best stored in Cool and Dark place (71 - 82F degree) and humidity below 60%.

We will send replacements for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped products.
Please notify us within 3 business days of receipt for a replacement authorization.
